It gives plenty of ideas which you can then research more about if they seem fitting in your classroom.

This is an article by Donalyn Miller, better known as "The Book Whisperer." She is passionate about reading and gives tips on how to help your students become "Wild Readers." The article discusses tips on how to get your students motivated and wanting to read.
4. Motivating Teenage Boys to Read
Many teachers struggle to get boys to read, especially teenage boys. This article discusses how many boys come off as unmotivated readers. It also gives tips on how to motivate teenage boys to read and how to keep them interested.

This is an audio podcast about reading engagement and motivation for adolescent readers. The podcast is only eleven minutes and gives a lot of information within it. Two reading researchers discuss how teachers can implement classroom practices to make for better engagement in reading.
